Drink lots of water. Keep your skin clean. Try using Eucerin to moisturize your skin. I have heard that Orange Juice increase imflammation. Consult with your doctor. You may be allergic to something that triggers an outbreak. Also, use mild soaps and lotions like Cetaphil or Eucerin.

Being a sufferer of severe eczema myself for 6 years, I feel entitled to know something about it. My first tip is the ALLOPATHY DOES NOT WORK. The steriod creams, the steroids, the everything just makes the eczema come back worse. I would suggest using either Ayurvedic or Homeopathy treatment, as both are natural. You could also use coconut oil on your skin, provided you don't mind the smell

I have eczema too, I went to the doctor and was given some perscription medication. That is probably the best route.

My son had eczema when he was little, the Dr. said all the expensive creams did very little to help. He had me put petroleum jelly on the affected area and cover it with gloves or plastic wrap and leave it on overnight. It kept his skin soft and would heal it in a few days. I do the same with my hands when they get dried out badly and it really helps.

Dermarest Eczema Medicated lotion. Find it over the counter with other medicated lotions. Other than staying well hydrated I have found no other relief. Hope this helps.

Lotion/cream or drug medicine is just a temporary solution. Your eczema will tend to come back. You have to detoxify your body and strengthen your immune system. You can try liquid zeolite.
