Put the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth, and talk...make sure you keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth though!

you push your tounge to the roof of your mouth, then you definately sorta blow and carry your breath on a similar time. (that is kinda difficult to describe) then you definately progression your mouth in diverse the thank you to make the Donald Duck sound/voice. wish this permits.
