Get with your doctor on it.
My sister is anorexic but she doesn't do it to herself. Not on purpose. She has a problem with stress. If something upsets her she can't eat. She did have a sis in her uterus. That wasn't helping her either. The doctor kept putting her on all kinds of meds to help her with the stress and to help her gain weight. It would help for a little while and she would start gaining weight.
Then her husband would really upset her again and she would lose the weight that she put on, which wasn't much. After she had the sis removed she has started putting on some weight but she is still real thin.
She has also gotten rid of her husband just recently and has found someone more loving. She seems happy now. Maybe that will help her gain weight.
I doubt that this helped you any. But I am happy to have shared it with you.

Start with a warmup exercise to get the blood flowing.
Then alternate between curls (use dumbells or a curl bar) and tricep pushdown exercises (use a cable/pulley machine).
Never more than 10 reps.
If you can do more than 10, the weight is too light.
Push it hard and do at least 4 cycles (5 is better) of biceps and triceps .
Then, within 45 minutes of the workout, eat complex carbs.
At your next meal, focus on protein.
Do this workout twice a week ant your arms will get bigger.
If you have no cable/pulley machine, do this:

I think the most efficient way to gain wait is to work out for about 30 minutes every day and gain muscles in your arm. You should also eat healthy foods that contain protein. That's really all the advice I can give you so I hope that this helped.

each time you weigh your self, till your opposition grade fabric, continually see the huge type on that scale and say plus or minus 5 kilos, it is how erroneous it is, and much greater so for a newbie. Your over analzying issues, ultimate factor you need to do is pitch your scale, or a minimum of no longer weigh your self greater then as quickly as each 2 weeks, back as one small erroneous degree, gauge your progression on how properly your sticking on your application ( a functional and relaxing one, the two are musts) and wait and see, think of long term wellbeing, and all of the fairly some reward that comprise it. you have a lot of time, so use it properly, it is the commencing up of a great factor, or a warfare for existence, all a count of ways sensible you're approximately it.

I'm assuming that the weight you want to gain is muscle. In order to build mass you need to do exercises that are high weight and low repetition. Find a weight that makes it hard for you to do 6 repetitions. You might need to get somebody to spot you to ensure that you are doing correct form with heavy weights. But do exercises such as curls, reverse curls, hammers, using dumbells and barbells for biceps, and for triceps do things like kickbacks, tricep extensions and dips(weighted).

I would say get alot of fast food and get fat, but that's an unhealthy way of doing it. Try eating food with a lot of protein (i.e. Steak, etc.) And try to increase your meal portions.
