Well we have a male golden eagle and they have been recorded between a tone and a tone and a half of pressure in each foot, that would be like a family car balanced on two six inch nails. so I would presume it could be twice that amount if not more.

at least 12 hit points..unless you dont have youre harpy repellent armour...then youre hit points are going to suffer....
