It could be a number of things. Like previously said it could be your ears. It could be your brain. It could be a number of things but you need to see your doctor or go to an ER ASAP.

You might need to go see the doctor and see if you have vertigo or something wrong with your ears. Problems with your ears can affect your balance. Something is definitely not right.

You should get this checked out immediately. There are many reasons why this could be going on,some of them very simple to correct. But, if you were to fall because of this, you could severely injure yourself.
