I'd like to know if anybody know any good family feiendly place in oahu. wesually go to waikiki for bit of ocean and shopping. but its abit too touristy, pricy and noisy since we got a baby. hopefully not too far from airport, decent hotel, and nice brach. please let me know. thx

haleiwa. about 30 minutes northwest of airport. nice small quaint town. very nice child friendly beach.

If you want to be close to the action but perhaps not right in it then stay around downtown honolulu. Its safe not too touristy and family friendly......
