The Christianites like to argue that Entropy and Evolution cannot coexist, thanks to the 2nd law of thermodynamics:

"The entropy of an isolated system not at equilibrium will tend to increase over time, approaching a maximum value."

Or in other words, there is no way a closed system could become more ordered on its own, without an external source of energy.

Which would be fine if Earth was a closed system. It's not - we get a constant source of incoming energy from the Sun. Plants use this energy in photosynthesis to turn it into sugar and grow, animals eat the plants, more energy is introduced into the system.

Entropy is one of the things that causes evolution, so they are closely connected.

Chemical reactions (i.e. chemical bonding) always work to maximise entropy, and without this effect atoms and molecules could not exist and could not form complex organic compounds and biological structures. Without it, we could never have had self-replicating molecules, and thus no life. We have entropy to thank for our existence, and the Second Law of Thermodynamics helps us to understand why life exists.

Entropy seems to contradict evolution, as it holds that the world is winding down, similar to the curse of Adam's fall.

Entropy is an observable fact.
Evolution is a fairy tale.

They are both scientific facts that creationists never seem to have any understanding of.
