Is it in the nature of all women to betray any faith placed in them?

No one knows for sure just how long Eve was tempted before she fell, Eve could have been tempted years, But if she was anything like today's people it probably took less than a minute for Eve to make up her mind to sin ( fall ). I think it's more, that women were created the weaker vessel. Which could explain the reason why women are always the ones that seem to fall the most. However that is not always the case, there have been many women who kept the Faith, unto death. Why did Eve sin? Eve was human and Eve was not filled the Holy Ghost, as was people after her, giving them the power over come sin.

its human nature to betray faith put into them... Everybody has done something they were explicited told not to. I mean to say that to blame it on Eve just because she was a woman, thats kind of low. I guess Adam could have done it eventually.

Eve wasn't there when God gave the command to Adam...maybe that is why she was so gullible to begin with ...Genesis 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden", now it was up to Adam to let the woman in on the command which there is no account of, but the MAN knew not to but ate it anyway when Eve brought it to him. Guys always think it was the woman's fault and try to blame woman..just like Adam did, but it didn't fly then and it won't fly now..Adam even blamed God for it.. Genesis 3:12 The man said, "The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it." do you see that? he said the woman YOU put here gave it to me...typical human behavior. LOL

What is wrong with people??? Adam ate from the tree just as much as Eve did!!!!! Why is that only she is blamed?!?!?!? Its just another excuse to dehumanize, belittle, and mistreat women as the "original sinners"....its bullsh*t!!
As a Muslim, the Quran says that the sin was mutual. They both ate off of the tree, neither can be soley blamed!!

In my opinion (just mine), she knew what she was doing. She was the smart one, Adam was just following along. She knew in order to follow all of gods commandments she would need to know right from wrong. What they did was a good thing and we are not punished from what they did.
PS, it really was some kind of fruit, nothing else. Most likely not an apple though.

It was not Eve's fault, I've had this beaten into me by a close friend who I like, she is very feminist but when you think about it the woman who drifted from her faith was Lilith, Eve remained by Adam's side and stuck with their suffering under the watchful eye of the divine.

Because Adam didn't do his job! God put him in charge! Adam should have told Eve "NO!" Re read your Bible it says that Even ate of the fruit then turned to her Husband who was with her and offered him the fruit and he too did eat. What did Adam say when God asked Adam "Adam what hast tho done?" Adam said "It was the woman you gave to me, she made me do it!"

well... women even today want man to follow them instead of listen to man. If you talk to any woman you will find this out. it is a subtile lack of respect for authority. it is not Good for women to lead a man. In the Good book you well see that women lead many of God's anointed astray. Think David, Think Solomon, the wises man ever! Even Samson, even Job's wife told him he should curse God and die should I go on or do you get it? Men are to understand Women is the weaker vessal and Always choose God over Womens fluctuating emotions words and actions. No ands, ifs or buts

The bible was written on the fall of matriarchy, thus the antyfemale propaganda was launched. You can see that in the bible all the characters that were second only to Satan in their evil deeds were women. Accept Mary, witch shoves that the only purpose of a woman is to give birth and be a mother.
Read between the lines, sexist.
