Hey there Ace, I know you want to grill pork chops, yes they are good. I typically just salt and pepper the meat and don't marinade it. I usually just do them in the fry pan @ 300-325 till browned on both sides, takes about 30 to 40 minutes. But here is a great way to do pork chops provided you have a couple hours. These are done in a casserole. First cut off any excess fat from the chops. Pepper the chops and brown in the fry pan ( 350) degrees. Once browned on both sides place the chops in a casserole dish with the lid on top. Now take a can of celery or mushroom soup and pour it into the still hot fry-pan. Add a can of water and stir it around until you have it boiling and the brown from the chops is in the soup. Now pour the soup/water mix on top of the pork chops. Place the casserole in the oven, set temp about 250-275 and leave it cook for 1 or 2 hours. The meat will fall off the bone and you get a great gravy to put on those nice white mashed potatoes. Get some green cabbage and shred it, place in a saucepan with a 1/4 inch of water in it. Place on a burner, bring to a boil and cook for about 8- 10 minutes. Can corn goes well with it too or what ever veggie appeals to you. Try it and you won't be disappointed.
