If it is unwanted, a swift and sudden knee into the a$$hole's crotch will put a stop to it. To make your point, follow it up with an eye gouge and a hard blow to his throat... blind, suffocating and in pain. Believe me, he won't be interested in making out at that point.

She should have reported him to management and they would have taken care of it. NO ONE has to do anything they do not want to do and that includes making out. She should have been more assertive and said no and backed it up with action if needed.
