you can take a pan of oil, and set it on the grill, and when the oil gets hot, add the potatoes like you normally would.. (if it has a burner, use that)

Frozen ?? Fresh ?? Either way, cooking them in oil is the best way, but VERY dangerous over an open flame !!! Maybe a safe way would be to take the fries and coat them in oil and wrap in foil and lay that on the grill. about 3-5 mins each side for frozen, and maybe about 2-3 mins each side for fresh. Hope it works, but I am just worried that any spillage from putting a pot of oil on a grill could cause a severe flash fire. Be careful.

Stainless Steel pan or pot, with stainless steel handles. Torch up the Grill, pan inside close lid, have fries and oil ready, 10 minutes very carefully pour in about 2 cups oil, remember oil WILL catch fire. Place one fry in and see if it bubbles good and then add others, don't crowd the pan or pot. The oil is going to expand,(rise up) so be careful. Stir the fries around a bit and you'll know when they're done. If by chance a fire starts, shut off the gas and close the lid and grab the phone and order Pizza

Do them on a cookie sheet with cooking oil. Just rub down the cookie sheet well with oil, do the fries in a single layer, and spritz the tops of the fries with a little oil. Be sure to turn the frequently so as not to burn.
