There's isn't an equivalent expression in Spanish. But, the closest would be:
(If it's an order)
"Limpia lo que tú mismo ensucies" (informal)
"Limpie lo que usted mismo ensucie" (respectful)
(If it's a statement)
For example: "I will not be cleaning your mess. Clean up after yourself" = No voy a estar limpiando tu cochinero. Tú limpiarás lo que ensucies".

"Señora de la limpieza" is a woman who cleans a building. Also "limpiadora". The woman who does other person's home cleaning is usually "criada".
