Oftentimes headaches arise from neck spasms/tightness.

Try this: Firmly grasp the meaty part of the back of your neck between the palm of your hand and the flat surfaces of your fingers (i.e., not the tips). Hold the grip for about a minute, then release SLOWLY. Repeat the same grip on the big muscles running from each side of the neck to the top of the shoulders (called the trapezius).

For certain types of headaches, this works really well.

What helps me is to close my eyes and put my thumbs right under my brow bone so that if my nose wasnt there it would look like my thumb nails were almost touching. Gently rub little circles under your brow bone with your thumbs right to the middle of your brow bone. If it feels especially sore or sensitive somewhere just hold your thumbs there with gentle pressure. Do the same to the socket UNDER your eye with your index fingers.

Also massage the back of your neck where the spine goes into your skull...that whole area there and the tendons leading up to your skull from the neck there.

Your temples are another good place to gently do circles, behind your ears...virtually all the sockets have nerves running up into your head so just find the ones that work best for you!

yes, if it is sinus related. Go to the webbing between your thumb and fingers. In the triangle that is created by the tissue between the thumb and finger there is a thicker part of flesh that has a nerve that runs through it. Take the thumb and finger from the opposing hand and squeeze that area fo 10 seconds, then switch and do the other hand this will activate your sinus nerve and you can feel your nose start to run almost instantaneously

Between your thumb and index finger, in the corner squeeze hard. Or pinch the top of your nose between your eyes for a slight headache with your eyes closed.

besides the web between your thumb and forefinger,
there is your eyebrows. massage them at the point
where your skull opens for your eye sockets are.
right on the edge of the bone.
the one that works best for me is back of the neck.
right about the corners where the bottom of your hairline
goes up to go over your ears. massage there and feel
around a little to see of there is a "hot" spot. if you find
one work it gently because there is your pain. i say
gently because if you "really go at it" you will make your
headache worse.

yes- the tissue between your thumb and pointer finger. Massage it gently- it helps with headaches. This area will also be swollen if you have a migraine.

Was it for sinus pressure or straight-up tylenol. Take something like Sudafed or Benadryl or Tylenol Sinus. Tylenol never works for me, PERIOD. Not even for plain old headaches.

Behind your eyes. push in with your finger in the top, inside corner near the bridge of your nose. Push on the eyelid, so your finger goes in between your eye and the socket. Seriously. but obviously be careful and don't push too hard, you don't want to hurt your eye.
