Yes, i think it does!!! The eyes have their own language, and i think both of you liked what they saw!

who knows but eye contact is the first sign of attraction so maybe you both were attracted to each other but this does not automatically mean you were meant to be together. You've never met or spoken so you could only be physically attracted - the next step would be to start up a conversation to get to know each other but since you didn't, your chances of anything developing are almost nil. I suggest next time you see him (if there is a next time), "accidentally" drop something or fall over in front of him to get his attention or, if you are the brave type, simply walk up to him and give him your phone number and strike up a conversation. This is the only way you will know if there is anything more between you than a brief moment of eye contact.

He'd choose to get to be responsive to you. deliver him a MySpace message and tell him to declare hi next time you bypass interior the hallway. Then he will sense extra soft talking to you next time you spot one yet another.
