If you want Microsoft Word, you are going to have to go and purchase it. Someone giving you an activation code is illegal and considered stealing.

Works has a word processor built in it, but if you don't like it Word is an alternative but asking for activation codes is illegal.

Word should come with miscrosoft works suite. Use the code on there.
As for asking someone else for the activation code, I think that is a breech of copyright, or something similar, etc.

Sorry man, that's illegal. MS Works comes with a good word processor very similar to MS Word. Would don't you just use that?

If I had it I'd use it myself. My computer came with a 90 day free trial of Works, now I have to pay if I want to use it. Grrr! Hubby's computer came with Works for free.
