I have had this too. I have also heard of others here in fact I searched for some questions on yahoo question search about this.
So far from what I have came up with is talk to your doctor about it. It could be more serious then we think. I had it for more then a year and only sometimes does it hurt. I can go months without it hurting at all. Good question ask your doctor is what I suggest. I keep forgetting to speak to my doctor.

Well I don't want to scare you but you might have a hernia, a herniation...something there might be ripped and something underneath, when you sneeze, gets pushed out through that rip. You might have developed that hernia BY sneezing. Do you sneeze a lot? Perhaps you do if you have allergies. I would definitely mention what you said to a doctor. They will have to do surgery to repair it but it's nothing to fix that.

Sounds like you are having muscle spasms quite possibly in response to a cracked or seperated rib. It might not be a bad idea to get it checked out with an x-ray.

Why didn't you tell your parents??? They need to be aware, this could be serious. Never keep something from your parents, even if you feel embarassed. You should be able to talk to your parents about anything. Just tell them, chances are they will take you to the ER or get an appointment scheduled. Trust me, keeping things from parents is never a good thing, even if it seems like it at the time.

How old are you anyways, the thing is if it hurts see a doctor, no sense in procrastinating, or trying to deduce it by yourself. See a professional before it's too late.

Listen.. I am one of those people who doesn't feel pain, and have been very lucky in not ever being sick. You feel strange pains, believe me, see a doctor! In my almost 55 years, I have seen young healthy men just die. No reason!
