Drink water, water, water, water, water, water--berries especially blueberries and strawberries are excellent for the skin and lets not forget that water!

I've found that drinking water helps. As for what you should eat, I'm assuming eating healthy in general wouldn't hurt.
Washing your face twice a day and tying your hair back more often might help as well. My hair gets pretty oily so I wash it, comb it out, and put it up.

Yes - everyone's right, drink lots of water and fruit and vegetables. But, one of the best fruits(a little bit expensive though) are blueberries for your skin - trust me - they work wonders if you eat them regularly.

Any Vitamin C, Fruit, raw veggies. Oranges ,apples, This will help clear up any breakouts! OH, and drink alot of water no soda

dont eat foods that have fats and oils like junk food eat a lot of fruits and vegetables,steamed fresh...ect.

Food doesn't have much effect on skin. (Stress does, though) Just eat healthy because it's healthy for all of you, not just your skin.

Lots of fruits and veggies.Avoid greasy high fat foods,like fried foods.And drink lots of water.It helps with your complexion.
