i have tried uninstalling mc afee cuz it makes my cpu really slow and ive tried but its didnt uninstall all of it the fire wall is still their i cant uninstall it any way CAN U HELP PLEASE

How to Manually Remove McAfee VirusScan
1. Click on the Start button
2. Click on Control Panel. The Control Panel will then appear.
3. Double click on the Add/Remove Programs icon. The Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box will then appear.
4. Locate McAfee VirusScan on the list of installed programs and single click on it so it is highlighted.
5. Click the Add/Remove button.
NOTE: If at any time you are prompted to remove shared files, anwer Yes to All. Windows will then attempt to remove McAfee VirusScan from your computer.

Mcaffe can sometimes act as a virus, when that happened to me, I had to take it a service technician who had to clean the hard-drive and then I had to reinstall all my software. You may have to do the same thing.

make sure the mcafee firewall is down AND make sure the windows firewall is down. go to control panel then security center then click off on firewall . hope this helps

Disable your pop-up blocker, and make sure you are connected to the internet.
