train it or get a trainer. It will be cheeper than a lawsuit if your dog bit someone

If your dog is attacking people, he is poorly socialized. Keep him on leash and in a tight heel whenever you are out among strangers.

NOTE Be careful with the Dog Whisperer. He is trained to do the things he does. YOU are not. before you try to repeat anything that he tries, PLEASE talk to a trainer. You DO NOT want your dog attacking you because you tried something you saw on TV and hurt him or freaked him out.

Take him to obedience training. Many trainers and behavioralists will make house calls to observe your dog and help without putting the public in danger. Start there. Work with your dog every day following the trainers instructions. Consistancy is the absolute key to resolving this problem. PLEASE talk to a professional before trying anything.

Dog obedience class. Your dog is the pack leader. If you were he would not attack strangers as you would be in control and not your dog

Well YOU must establish yourself as the dominant leader in the house. You need to bring that dog on structured walks where you make the dog walk behind you or directly on your side.
Correct the dog anytime it looks "interested" or bows up to another animal or human--this is important, you must stop the undesired bahavior.

Watch Dog Whisper, with Ceasar Milan, you can aslo access his dog psycology center online:

read as much as you can, you must stop this behavior before your dog hurts someone.

You should probably invest in a muzzle until you get your dog trained properly.
