Ive read that if you put mayonnaise on your hair it grows sooooo fast!I havent tried this but anyone out there done that before or no how to make it grow quick?

If you want hair to grow faster, you have to take supplements that work on your body chemistry to support hair's growth and strength at its genesis.....once it has grown out, it is just dead keratin
Try GNC, they make a supplement called "Nourishair" in formulas for men and women..they are HUGE pills and you have to take 2 daily. There is also a "Hair skin and nails" formula from Andrew Lessman that you can google, that has great ingredients and is easier to swallow, made by ProCaps labs. You can also take large doses of Biotin, sometimes called Vitamin H, take no less than 2500 micrograms daily to support healthy hair growth. IT may take 6 to 8 weeks to see results.

When I was about 4 or 5, the neighbors gave me and my sisters lice, and a "remedy" my mom tried was Mayo in my hair. I never slept those nights, just cried and screamed. Mayo only smells bad, it doesn't make your hair grow and it sure as heck doesn't cure lice.
You should talk to your hair stylist for information on caring for your hair. Just do anything but put Mayo in your hair.

I have never done it but I heard this too, also if you trim your hair(just the very ends) every once in a while that will make it grow super fast.

your hair grows at its own rate it is dead there is no way to stimulate growth
if hair was alive it would realy hurt to cut plus mayo in ur hair will make it smells like salad for about a week

ive tried it, belive me it doesnt work at all to make your hair longer, all it does is make your hair slightly shiny for about a day. it way too much trouble just for that.

Mayo???? Even if it did make hair grow (which it doesn't) I wouldn't put it in my hair.

Moisturizers, patients and being gently with it. It will grow.Don't worry about it.
