El pibe, This is America, the land of the free, no one is making those people stay at those jobs to be exploited, if they dont like the job, find a different job. preferably in their own country. Stop ythe American corporate exploitation of "poor, unskilled, hardworking laborers" from other countries.

Obviously they are or they wouldn't be clammering to get into America. Part of Mexico is run by drug cartels the other part wishes they were. None it has drinking water that could sustain life, other than the bacteria growing in it. The president cannot seem to get the economy stable and moving in the correct direction. The currency is worth less than the toilet paper in Mexico. The only people that stay in Mexico are the ones who get kidnapped for ransom. I think that a fence will only work if it is electrified. We should put Vincente Fox against it first to make sure it is grounded properly.

Not only what Fox has done but what all the presidents of Mexico, have done, that has oppressed the poor Mexican people.Mexico should be ashamed of its government.
I am very proud of the fence ,its a small step in the right direction to stopping the flow of illegals into this
nation.Shame on you Fox and shame on the president elect Calderon hes is mimicking Fox on all issues.

I am not embarrassed at all - I am proud that someone is finally doing something about the situation. If Vicente Fox didn't do such a poor job -I would be embarrassed if I was him

possibly he does be attentive to some thing we don't.....those politicians are all in mattress at the same time, and finally all of them choose an open border coverage.....we actually don't be attentive to what style of decrease back door agreements they have made with one yet another....The Mexican elections have been rigged, by way of fact the liberal candidate, López Obrador incredibly had an extremely nationalist schedule for the rustic, he replace into the former mayor of Mexico city, he might desire to have been elected, i think he gained....My mom in regulation, who lived in Mexico city, instructed me, for the 1st time when you consider that she would be able to ever undergo in techniques, Mr. López Obrador, rather decrease taxes and helped the decrease and center instructions.....He replace into very time-honored and nicely enjoyed, with the person-friendly people.....I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist, yet i myself do believe our govt. alongside with Mexico and Canada, have an extremely insidious plan to open all borders and eliminate our sovereignty....don't be too disillusioned in the event that they might't discover the 'funds' after the election to construct the fence....

I think I heard on the news where the Presidente' elect said the fence would devastate his economy. Well how can you devastate one that is already devastated unless.....wait that means he is implying less will sneak over here here so that means less money will be sent to Mexico!

A fence along the American/Mexican boarder is a slap in the face to your closes friend. Why is the meaning of doing something that we would never fathom to do to any one else. All we want to do is come across the boarder and recliam Aztlan, and then kill of all the Americ ..... err... I mean come across the boarder and and do the jobs the americans don't want to do, HONEST.

I don't know why we should bother building a fence when it's so much easier to dramatically raise taxes on remittances to Mexico.

(for those who don't know, a remittance is a type of transaction you make at a bank to send money to an account in another country. Usually banks charge a fee to process a remittance from a US bank account to a bank account in Mexico)
