Yes but the THC content of the leaves is significantly lower than that of the buds. So you may not feel like you are getting "as high" but you will still get a good buzz Im sure.

You might get a little high -- maybe. The leaves are used when cooking Brownies and Cookies. The THC content is lower and for what ever reason -- cooking the leaves makes it better.

Yes you can smoke it, and no it probably won't get you that high. Plus, it'll probably give you a headache.

The high sucks, doesnt last that long and you end up with a headache.
