Believe it or not, crushed walnuts are good in it.
Chopped black or green olives are good too.
Raw carrot curls.
Diced onion cooked or raw.
Tomatoes diced or cut in small wedges.
Some well drained canned asparagus.
Diced cheese of any kind.
A couple of spoonfuls of sour creme.
Sprinkle salad croutons on it.
Those little packages of salad helper that have all kinds of salad spices in it.
Parsley or chives.
Diced jalapenos.

it depends on which tuna helper you are using I like the tuna broccoli one. I add shredded cheddar cheese.

For color:
frozen peas at the end so they stay nice and green
fresh cubed red pepper for color
For texture and color:
Sliced chestnuts (can)
Top with toasted, sliced almonds

we use some of that packaged-- mozorella chesse or-- shredeed, pizaa, shredded( that stuff that comes in the little bags shredded chesee mixes okay) we add either a little mozorella shredd chesee too it or it now comes in the mexicann-- blend mixes we just tried it last week and awesome hons yummy try itt!!
