As long as an Orthopedic Surgeon has been doing the operations, there's not much hope for anything better then. Perhaps a Podiatrist or "foot doctor" can make shoe inserts for her to help with the curvature, helping her walk somewhat better, without any surgery? Only a podiatrist could say.
