My cat does this on purpose. I think he's trying to "herd" me in the direction he wants me to go! He's a very dominant little thing - or tries to be.

Alto of it has to do with the fact that they don't have that good of sight, that's where the whiskers come in believe it or not the whiskers help them balance because cats do not have perefial vision

It might be her way of showing affection or maybe you need to take her to a vet to get her eyes fixed.

Possibly poor eyesight. Cataracts are common in felines.
