My ex and I are still good friends. We broke up about a year ago because he joined the army and was stationed a long way away... It was really a loving break up... We actually said it was a break... until he got out in 2 years and we could see how we felt then. Well, we have been talking pretty much everyday a few times a day since then.. He is coming into town on leave for a few weeks and wants to hang out like old times... But we both just got out of bad relationships and so he suggested just being friends with benefits when he comes down. I'm open to the idea, the only thing is, I do have feelings for him, and he has them for me too.. I just dont want to ruin my chances of us getting back together when he comes home for good... Ideas?

You are about to play with fire and your hands are drenched with kerosene. Very dangerous. If you are both semi attached to another, now may not be the best time to see one another. wait until the scars heal a bit. If there is potential in the future, wait-even a month-just for some healing time. Friends with benefits is not ever a good idea with an ex.

He wants you for purely platonic sex. Unless you can handle being there just for sex and nothing else. Dont do it. He is telling you he wants to bang you and keep the door open to do it with other women too. Think about it.
