OK here's the secret to this little wonder, the jewels of the garden.
Bake your taters, scoop them out, make your mashers and ADD the cream corn into it, restuff, top with cheese, bake for about 25 minutes @350, then don't tell anyone, eat what you want and save the others for later. Is that sour cream on your cheek?

Well i like to put steak seasoning in my mashed potato's, Yum! Nuttlla on marshmallow! Hot sauce on pork chops! Hot sauce on almost anything that can go good with it. Blue cheese on almost any kind of pizza Some time's a great while salten cracker's in milk with pepper... It's kind of a thing every generation in my's side of the family does. Ketchup, Mayo, Vinegar, and salt mixed for french fries. Ohhh and sometimes pickle with Vanilla ice cream =P, i don't think it that bad =D P.S. In the restaurant down the road, they have Cream cheese pancakes, i've had them once there not that bad.

Mashed potatoes and cream corn are great together. We ate it all the time when my kids were growing up.

i prefer sweet corn but not creamed... the mashed potatoes are already soft, and the regular canned corn gives it that soft lightly crunch that i like.

Try fried potatoes and cream corn. It is even better.

HELL YES I LOVE TO MASH POTATOES ADD GARLIC SOUR CREAM AND CHEDDAR CHEESE TO THE MIXTURE AND MASH TOGETHER SERVE WITH CREAM CORN AND REGULAR MIXED TOGETHER TO MAKE IT NOT SO LESS CORNY ITS SO GREAT

Very delicious. You can also use regular corn and 'kick it up a notch' by roasting a clove of garlic and mixing all 3 ingredients together. If you like garlic, YOU WILL LOVE THIS!
