I think YES is a smart answer to a stupid remark as stating that you are tall.

But you could say;"Yes, I've been told so before. Thank you"
Remember to smile when you say that. The other person will realize that is was not very smart to tell you that you're tall......

You could say "and You are very rude" or "Wow, I just thought everyone else was short!" What about, "Really? I hadn't noticed until you just pointed that out!"

Yes, I am the lucky one that the Lord made this tall, so he could put me on "Part Patrol". That's so I can tell how and if you part your hair!! LOL

Just say, "I know." However, if someone asks, "How's the weather up there?" just do what the tall people at my school do: Spit on their heads and say, "It's raining."

Just give them a kind smile and a "Thank you very much!" I don't think you need a "smart" answer.

I'm 6'1...depends on the person and attitude they say it but I like the "thank you" approach or the "you're short" approach.

"Nice going! No one will ever be able to say they were blown away by your superior intellect. Bravo!"

In response to their statement, I would either say "And your point is...?", "Is that a problem?" or "Yes, I love it."
