Whether or not you are religious, and regardless of what you believe about God (or not), taking the time to be quiet with yourself and get grounded helps most people to have more focus and connection to the positive energy in the world.

If you have a personal relationship with God, you will come to know how He works. Yes, prayer to God does give you fresh energy to cope because you are believing and having faith in Him that he will help you cope with whatever you are going through! Just believe in His power and you will get the strength you need to go through the stress.

Yes...We are actually 3 bodies as per Yoga which is Indian philosophy. It will give new fresh energy, as it clears the most inner body Causal body which has more effect on the Subtle and Physical/Gross body.

See more for yoga below:

You will not find the 3 body concept here though!!!

Yes, but many individuals that don't have faith in god can easily cope with stress, negative events and daily obstacles too.

no

praying to god does NOTHING!!! i have been praying to him for 17 yrs (or at least since i've been able to talk) and it was just a waste of time, he never answered me, helped me or did anything to let me know he's there and he cares, so naturally i drew to the conclusion that there is no god, religion is just a fairytale!

sometimes it may feel like GOD isnt there with you, when really he is there the whole time.
GOD is not just a good luck charm that you can pray to and say "oh dear god help me to know all the answers to the test i didnt study for".
he will do what is right for you and everyone.
everything happens for a reason.
god bless.

It would if I took the time to pray. I find myself falling away from that and will try harder to get back to it.
The thing is that my father use to tell me, if you don't pray when the sun shines, don't pray when it rains.
My pastor use to say, pray now or you'll pray later.

You took a brave step to ask this question. I know life will change for you now.

Does it for me. I feel like God does it for me, not the prayer.
You will never be, never become, more than you imagine you can.
I figure most of us will get just what it is we believe in, in the end.
Believing God is there, listening, caring, watching, helps us do our best,if not for ourselves, for Him.
