I do some of the following:
Have a nice long hot bubble bath and listen to my favourite music.
Eat a big bowl of fresh soup and eat lots of fruit and then chocolate
Watch silly movies
Chat to my friends and go dancing.
Do some exercise -aerobics, bike ride or a long walk this always makes me feel better.
If i have been feeling low for while - i make sure i am eating right and sleeping enough so i have the energy to deal with whats bothering me.
You should also tell someone - friend or family member so they can help you feel better too.

I'm a depressive you shouldn't ask questions like this, you may be sued by my estate for encouraging my suicide.
Feeling a bit low once in a while is good for you. It makes you remember how lucky you are to be alive and all the good times you've had in the past.
So go create some new good-times for yourself.
If longer term then try taking a vitamin B-Complex tablet daily.
This helps many ME sufferers and depressives by smoothing the highs and lows on the curve.

What l do is kinda strange but it's true. l'm a very emotional person & so if l feel low, l listen to love songs and start thinking about all the good times l had with my ex's so that l can cry in order to filter the lowlessness in me and trust me it works!

I'll usually just remind myself that i have the perfect partner, she's attractive, thoughtfull, kind, intelligent and she understands me, then i look out of the window at the very successful boarding kennels and cattery that she runs and we own, then i remember that i really enjoy my job.
Then i think of all the unfortunates in the world that through no fault of their own are having a really crappy time and realise that i have no damn rights to be down and i tell myself to stop feeling sorry for myself, stop whining, pull myself together and enjoy what i have.
Then i usually buy something :)

phone up the a call centre and have a go at them for sending the bill in the first place
i only feel low when a company sends a bill or it has anything to do with taking my hard earned cash
my life otherwise is wonderful

if im having a low day I'll take myself to the gym, swim a few laps and relax in the jacuzzi and sauna - i always feel much better afterwards

think of some1 u love very much and some1 that loves you very much or listen to some sad songs to make u feel better. i kno it doesnt sound right, but if you listen to happy songs, you feel like- ugh, i dont wanna listen to this- so listen to a sad song, it makes you feel happier.
