There is always confusion over whether we loose or gain and hour in bed (or otherwise). The clocks always go back or forwards at 2 am. so for most of us that will be when we are in bed.
A good way of remembering whether they go back or forwards is this :
spring forward and fall back ie. in the spring it goes forward and in the fall (autumn) it goes back.

You shouldn't loose it in bed. You need to use all the time available before hibernating!
