This may have changed somahow. But the last time I checked you can be a Mexican Citizen (and thus a dual citizen since Mexico doesn't ask for the resifgnation of other nationalities to become a citizen) by: birth, marriage or by Mexican parents.

If you meet any of these requirements go to the Mexican Embassy and start the paperwork. If not beware that Mexican citizenship is harder to get than the American.

dual citizenship is awarded only when a person is born in mexico and becomes a citizen of the U.S by going through the whole paperwork proceedure. And if u were born in the U.S most of the time u can still get dual citizenship by going down to mexico and registering there as being a citizen there, don't know how much it will cost u but shouldn't be maybe 200 dollars a most.hope that helps.

Really you should talk to a lawyer, to be sure what laws have been violated and what you should do. Also he should give all the gifts back. He doesnt need them and they are a constant reminder of infedelity in the marriage. Mabey if she gets the gifts back she will go away, because she will be satisfied. Talk to her again. Dont laugh at her. Be sincere and tell her you love your husband and you are a family and are going to always stay together. Tell her that she is being a homewrecker and needs to find a man who doesnt already have a women. Also do go to counceling with him. If you love each other and are determined to work it out you have to adress your problems. Dont let him off the hook to easily. Make him prove he is trustworthy. Good luck. You are a strong women who has endured much. It will get harder before it gets easier.
