If it was true, then the autism rates should start dropping significantly just about now. The stopped putting thimerasol in vaccinations in 2001 & the old vaccinations (with thimerasol) expired in 2003. So children born after 2002 would not be exposed to thimerasol. The average age of diagnosis is about 3 or 4. So this is now the time when rates should start to drop.

I would be shocked if the rates drop more than 20%. The particular shots suspected of causing autism is given just after the first birthday. There was a study using home old videos of autistic children taken at first birthday parties & 90% of the kids in that study displayed autistic characteristics, BEFORE the MMR shot was given. Another study shows that 20% of the autistic kids develop normally the first year & regress by the 2nd birthday. That means in at least 80% of all cases the shots COULD NOT have caused the autism!

I seriously suspect the rate will not drop at all, but will continue to rise. As Asperger's, a mild form of autism that went undiagnosed in previous generations, gains more awareness, more people will be diagnosed with Aspergers.

If your are refering to the links of thimerosal causing autism, yes it is all true. Resources show that when mercury was first used back in thirtys, the first case of autism was also recorded. There is a lot of medical research mumbo jumbo that the FDA claimed to have tested numerous cases and shown that there is no link betwween the two. But with clever statistical rearrangment of data they can make anyone believe anything. FDA says that there are such small amounts of mercury in vaccines that it will not harm infants or children alike. The problem is now that there are two thoerys, one theory is "we didn't know theory" and the "oops theory" The FDA has to protect its assets by having everything ready so if there is a lawsuit on hands, they will have the court protect them in anyway possible since they are paying lobyists and what not. They are currently eliminating some of the vaccines with mercury or say they are making them mercury free so there is no traceable evidence to them. Whether you like is or not, mercury is a poison, not a perservative. It is a moneymaker. Where did you get your information by the way? A doctor David Ayoub has done many studies on mercury-based vaccines. I suggest you look him up educate yourself and don't believe the lies.

The impact of Hg upon human health was brought to light in the mid-50s with the Minamata disaster in Japan. As noted in the documentary 'Message to Minamata to the World' the impact of mercury is devastating, most prominently to the CNS.

Interestingly, autistic behaviour can observed in the documentary of Minamata children in original footage after the disaster.

Mercury in thimerosal is stored in the gut, liver and brain, and becomes very tightly bound to the cells. Once inside those cells, or inside the blood-brain barrier, the mercury is reconverted back to its inorganic form.

Locked into these cells, the mercury can then do either immediate cell damage or become latent and cause the onset of autism, brain disorders, or digestive chaos years later.

Researchers across Europe are generally appalled at the massive amounts of vaccines given to American children under two years old. Although Europeans are not as obsessed with vaccines as we are, they do vaccinate.

But most of Europe gives very few vaccinations to children under two years old, primarily because of the unformed gut, immune system, and blood-brain barrier.

This intellectual isolation of ours regarding vaccines is a testimony to the suffocating "brain control" exerted on us by the popular press and all media. Like sheep to the slaughter, we don't know enough to be appalled by our own ignorance.

Several reputable medical studies have shown NO connection with autism.

It would help if we even knew what it was.

BTW, the thimeresol connection has never been proved with statistical or scientific methods. It has recently even been disproved using statistical methods.
