HOw old am I?
I am 13 (I believe you say I have 13 years)
I am doing a presentation in class, thank you!

Here's a list. I am of 13 years age. I am thirteen. I am thirteen years old. I am thirteen years of age. I have lived thirteen years. I have lived 1.3 decades. I was born to this earthly body 13 years ago. I was birthed thirteen years ago. I was born on (insert birthdate here). there are tons of ways to say it but the way you said it was not right.
