Check in your town if you have a dairy or restaurant distributor. In Nevada we had a company called H & O foods where we could purchase stuff like that in bulk.

+ I would try Costco or BJ wholesales club, or something like that near where you live. We have found large quantities of kids treats in places like that when we are having functions for the veterans or fund raisers.
