Atheism relieves the need to defend the indefensible. Also what icarus said, though I wouldn't call atheism a "worldview", just... a point of view.

as an atheist I would say freedom first
but that's only half of it....
I live breath love cry and have strong desire to better myself
I can also adopt the best ethics religions have to offer I disregard all the spooky stuff

You don't live your life in fear of burning in the everlasting fires of hell for all eternity. It should however be noted that refusal to believe in a thing does not negate that things existence. So while you escape living in fear in this life, in the next one you are a crispy critter.

That you don't get told how you are supposed to live, other than by the government and the laws that we're all theoretically able to change if we don't like them.

I don't think there is. It is not a belief system, or something that dominates my life. I don't wake up every morning thinking Thank God I am an athiest.

Nothing. I hope you don't see the light in the darkness and somberness of being an atheist. Atheist are fools, devil worshipers, lovers of darkness, haters of the Creator, hell-bound sinners, headed for the lake of fire that burns with fire and brimstone. May GOD have mercy on their souls.
