No. Most cell phone companies don't report to the credit bureaus...unless you owe them a lot of money. If you cancel your plan, and pay the fees that go along with early cancelation, it won't affect you at all.

If you cancel the plan and pay the cancellation fees, it will not affect your credit. If you cancel the plan, but don't pay the cancellation fees, it will eventually turn up on your credit. If you need to cancel the plan because you are moving or lost your job, those are exceptions that the company will work with you on. So it just depends on the situation.

it will turn bad only if you are past due with this cell phone company. Even if after you cancel with them, you will pay the early termination fee with them. Any past due charges if any you accured before your cancelled, they would show up on the credit report. As long as your current and don't owe any past charges and pay the fee to cancel then your good to go.

not as long as you pay the cell phone company any charges you owe them. Most cell companies charge a fee if you cancel before the end of your contract. If you don't pay it, of course it will hurt your credit.

It depends on how long you have had the phone. As long as you pay the bill and the Early termination fee you should be ok.
