Found this site at work the other day as I was trying to translate something for the boss.

Hope it helps you.

Most translation sites aren't up to much. Haven't tried English to German, but German to English is definitely dodgy. I was recently asked to proof read a document about motor vehicle-related computer diagnostics and came across 'abbreviated conclusion' !?. The German word was 'kurzschluss'. OK kurz is short/abbreviated and schluss is end/conclusion. The word Kurzschluss means short circuit. There are many idiots in the world and I'm one of them - I actually paid to download one of these programs. If I don't know the translation, then the chances are the program comes up with something unusable. Back to the old-fashioned dictionary.
