I used to listen to radio online and clips using windows media player, but now i can't. Nothing happens or it says the link is missing or something. Have you hever had that problem? Any suggestions?
(Don't tell me to use real player because the web I like is just for WMP)

Yeah, I would try re-installing WMP. I've had weird things like that happen with WMP, and over time they've worked themselves out after a few restarts of the computrer, or sometimes an update can fix (or be the cause of) a problem. So check to see if you have the latest update of WMP (a fix could be there) and then restart the computer. If all else fails, reinstall.

Q:what is happening?
A: WMP sucks. VLC media player plays every music format and plays perfectly. If you use Firefox(browser) and if your just going to view the video(or clip)then right-click and save as. Once pop-up opens click "Open With" and browse for VLC and click Ok. the video should play, and if you did'nt like it just close the vid(clip). It won't stay on your computer because your just previewing it.

You might be selecting a connection speed faster than what you have and it's timing out. Go into the setup tools and make sure your Windows Media Player is set to detect your connection speed. Also make sure you have it setup to Download Codecs Automatically.

Could be messed up i suggest jsut download Windows media player again...or if this was recently just do a system restore that should work...:D good luck
