Yes- eating 6 small meals a day is better than eating 3 big ones- it keeps your metabolism constantly running so that it can better deal with food as it gets it, rather than having to start again at the beginning of every meal.
Cardio is also key in losing weight- aim for 30 minutes a day!

Well, if you eat a Happy Meal every three hours, then no, that's not the way to go. But, eating smaller meals more often helps to increase your metabolism, thereby helping you burn more calories.
I have used Weight Watchers and if you stick to the program, it's easy and it works. You just have to get the hang of what foods equal what amount of points. As long as you stick to your limit, you're golden!
If you are uncertain about excercise, talk to your doctor! You can also join a gym- some gyms offer a monthly session with a personal trainer once a month. This will help you create the best workout for you. The kind of general idea to to do 30 minutes of exercise- walking, swimming, dancing, etc- three times a week to get some sort of result.
GOOD LUCK!!!! I know you'll do great! :-)

for the most part yes.
You will be able to program your body. As long as it thinks it's getting nutrition constantly then it isn't going to need to store fat. HOWEVER!!! you have to eat sensibly still. You cant eat a pound of chocolate or ice cream every 3 hours and expect to lose weight. Eat small meals every 3 hours. 5 meals a day. Exercise before breakfast every day. You will be surprised at the results.
Low weight hi reps... its the best way to tone.

Yes, As long as you are eating small portion. First you got to find out how much calories you need based on your exercise and daily activity. I have been eating six times a day by walking and climbing stairs, I have lost my weight and kept of for the last seven years. One thing you got to watch what you eat by avoiding fatty foods
and sugary treats. You got to see you Dr. and a dietitian to get the right information.

the goal is to eat the same number of calories over the course of the day in smaller servings but eating more often..it helps to rev up your metabolism...glad to hear that you are using your bowflex..most just sit in a corner gathering dust...make sure to add a really good dose of cardio ever day..a min. of 30-40 per day..brisk walk, swim, run, bike mix it up...this will help get that weight off..lost 23 pounds over this summer by watching calories in/calories out...you can do this!

it is not lots a snack, it is a easy meal. You unfold your nutrients out via out the day to maintain your metabolism working easily. And as with every wellbeing plan you need to do cardio exercising for a pair of a million/2-hour on a daily basis, or a minimum of thrice a week. solid luck! ^_^

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.
Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.
He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.
Hope that helps.

Yes, eating more regularly helps regulate your blood sugar so you don't ever get too hungry and overeat. However to lose (not loose) weight you have to take in fewer calories than you use. So matter how often you eat you have to control your intake.
