We are all three dementional. Body, soul, and spirit. The body is our ride, and the soul realm is the mind, intellect, will , and character. The spiritual part or the spirit is the reflection of God. We can easly operate at a level in this World without ever touching base with our inner spirit. It means that our soul is a product of what has been put in from the out side. I am a doctor I live in a mansion and I drive a Mercedes. From the World that is who, and how we identify ourselves along with our desires of the flesh. Now if we want to play with a full deck then we should be building our character and our minds and our will and our intellect from the inside out. In other words we should have the all knowing mind of God and let that create the beings that we are suppose to be. If not, you can go on through this life creating the being you think you are, and never ever operating with all that is avalible to you. I would say if the deck includes all three aspect of the human and you are only playing with two then that is not a full deck. For me I have surrendered the character that I created and have let God create in me the person I am suppose to be. Believe it or not it is a great human being, and by the way I love again.

I'll tell you about my story, when I was at secoundary school I started to question my religion and my believe, and I asked how do I kniw that this is the TRUE religion, till I started the collegue where I met a pharmacist who read a lot a bout the corellations betwen Holly Quran and science, and realy I was astonished about the information present in Quran and Hadith and recently has been discovered by scientists.
In one phrase of Quran ALLAH swear by the sea which is being over a fire or a fire deep inside?? I couldn't Imagine such thing, unless I saw a volcanic cracks a long the deep sea and occeans.
Also, ALLAH in Quran challenges, human being and Jenni's if you can escape from the earth( atomosphere), try but you can't unless you have a media and if you have so, and once you go out you, a particles of copper and fire you will face, and that what we have seen at NASA aerospace where the body has been hit by these small particles and those particles contian copper.
A last phrase i'll mentione that talking about the Iron, and it says that Iron has been brought from outside the earth, and geologist mentioning that Iron is not of the elements existed on earth, but it drooped from outside the earth space.
So, this is only a few facts about Islam, and alot of other issues of the life has been covered just to proove to non believer that this book can't be written by human being or has been rewritten from a prvious religion, these facts were mentioned 1400 years back how come just recently has been shown to us and to you?
Unless it is the word of the one who created the universe and trying to show us and guide us to him.

Firslty Blessed Be and congrats on the Paganism thing. I was one for a few years when I was younger and it was the closest I got to being happy with any religion. Blessings on you for Samhain coming up in a few days.
So, I'm Atheist. It's not something I sort of woke up believing, in fact I can't even pin-point the moment I knew I was one. I'm weak atheist in some areas and strong in others, it's more of a philisophical position than a religion, so it sometimes needs explaining.
Weak Atheism means a conscious choice not to worship anything, but doesn't discount the possibility that spiritual beings exist. It is in fact Agnosticism but also means actively not worshipping. I don't discount that there are things science hasn't explained yet, energy from human beings that might explain psychic behaviour or emotional energy or even perhaps minor spirits (my theory is minor spiritual beings if they do exist are a collection of certain emotional psychic wavelengths that are similar and can affect certain things of similar wavelength: EG: Emotional psychic energy relating to the female, love and sex would coalesce into a collection of energy that could affect humans that tap into it by focusijng or calling on it by a name that conjures those feelings and wavelengths such as Venus)
However, I do firmly beleive that nothing exists that cannot be proven at some point by science and measured, if not today then some day in the future. And that until it is I will not beleive in it.
This position puts me in opposition with most religions because they work on faith which is a belief without proof. Proof destroys the need for faith and so religions cannot work if it even accepts that their religion could ever be "proved" Since this is in conflict with my criteria I therefore don't beleive in organized religion. This is the Strong aspect of Atheism, that you disbelieve in something without doubt.
Finally I am opposed to organized religion exerting so much control over people. Religion's vast number of rules, often ambiguous and interpretated to the needs of individuals wanting validation of their own agendas or even rules from previous less tolerant times instead of breeding peace or a better way of living which I thought would at least be a decent goal; instead breed prejudice, hate and conflict. That people are so against those not agreeing with them, either of different religion or even of the same faith but different denomination seems the biggest source of conflict we face. If religions must continue, why must they breed this conflict? Nobody wins and many get hurt. Also this is why I feel that as an Atheist I can choose my own moral code where I try to do thigns that don't harm people and allow people their freedoms to do what they want if it doesn't hurt me or those aorund me. And I feel grateful that as an Atheist there is no text that dictates rules that conflict with my own personal morality.
Hope that's cleared a few things up.

I am an "Adwaithin"( a sect in Hinduism). The Proponent is Acharya(Great Teacher) Sankara. Adwaitha means Non-Dualism-that is the apparent feeling of humans that the individual "Soul"(Jiva Aathma) and the "Universal Soul"(Brahmam-or Parama Aathma- the approximate equivalent in some Religions is G--O--D=God) are not two different entities. The teachings are:-(1)There is only ONE Reality.(Ekaiva Brahmam Satyam"-(2)The feeling that they are TWO is "illusion/limitation of human comprehension(Maaya). The concept of G--O--D=God for Adwathin is one level below the concept of Brahmam.A true Brahma Gjnaani/Brahma Anubhuthi need not worship any GOD--but the transformation should come very, very slowly, after full maturation -"Urvaaruham eva" There are a number of Vedic aphorisms like --"Aham Brahmam Aasmi"--"Tatvam Asi"--"Sarvam Kalvitham Brahma"--Hamsa Soham" etc according to sri Sankaara support this concept

When one finally finds the truth,It is such a RUSH that you can
barely keep from shouting it from the roof tops. But as you soon
discover, that reaction is looked on as fanatical, and unreasonable.
The more you read and learn, the more you know that you have
found the real truth. As an example the scripture at John seventeen
verse three really takes on a whole new meaning. "This means
everlasting life, their taking in KNOWLEDGE of you,the only TRUE
GOD,and of the one whom you sent forth,JESUS CHRIST.from
that scripture the whole thing hangs.Accurate knowledge is the
key.then we have at PSALMS.83:18 the name of that TRUE God
"That people may know that you, whose name is JEHOVAH,you
alone are the most high over all the earth."It certainly is a wonder-
ful and (YOUR WORD) Complete feeling to be privileged to know
and worship the True God......Thank You...

I am Wiccan, I have always been Wiccan I just didnt know it had a name until I was in my teens. I have always seen Nature as divine. I find peace in walking in the country, looking at flowers etc etc
I wont say it completes me but it has always been a part of me. I have always been SOOOOOOOO open minded about a lot of things compared to others, and my religion promotes that. Humanity, sexuality, nature in general is something to be celebrated!
Good question, I love learning about others, but its not easy to do, they tend to get all angry when they find out I'm Pagan!

I chose Christianity because it alone among the world's religions provides an atonement.
All other religions basically set forth a system of ritual, practice, and law that one must adhere to in order to appease the angry diety.
Christianity says, Humans are morally corrupt by their very nature and completly incapable of healing themselves, and therefore only the divine can provide a suitable atonement for their guilt before God.
It's logically sound and spirtually affirming, and that sold me.

I'd fall into the catagory of eclectic pagan. It leaves me open to explore all faiths free of dogmatic limitations while still honoring the natural world that sustains my life.
