He had kissed my moms' hand when he came in and he was having a very interesting conversation with my grandma, and my grandma was saying,"oh Jose you look so cute tonight." After he left my grandma had said," If you didn't have him, he would already be my husband. You boyfriend is fine." He is very charming and sexy he attracts women very easily.

It's harmless flirting - they know he's too young, and they're not too old to appreciate an attractive and flirtatious young man. Your boyfriend probably just thought he was scoring points so that he was on their good side and welcomed at your house. If it bothers you, ask him to reel it in a little. You could also tease your Grandma back, "Hands off, Grandma, he's mine!"
