9.2.2.3 Chop Wounds
A chop wound is a wound caused by a heavy weapon or instrument which has at least one sharp cutting edge (e.g. a panga, axe, bush knife or machete). Frequently the wound has abraded margins (the wound margins may be scraped off) and this maybe mistaken for a laceration. If the wound is over bone there may be a groove or cut in the underlying bone (e.g. skull).

Mimi ~
You read correctly, Trevor Berbick was murdered in Norwich District, Jamaica a small town 146 miles east of Kingston where he has been living since being deported from America. The murderer used according to police reports either a hatchet or machete he died from a wound to his head. His body was discovered by a care taker of the church, Berbick was murdered in the Church courtyard. Trevor Berbick was 52 years old. There has been no arrest made as of today 10/28/06. The police have questioned a person of interest.
I hope I answered your question Mimi.

Yeah that really sucks, it was Trevor Berbick, he was the last guy to fight Ali and was the guy who lost his title to a back then 20 year old Mike Tyson, that is some crazy stuff though.
