In the morning, I always feel like I want to sleep another hour. Why? I go to sleep at 10:30-11:00 and I have no problems falling asleep. I'm not sleepy later, but I'm still worn out.

You may have chronic fatigue syndrome. I have that and nobody how much I rest or sleep, I have no energy and I am ALWAYS tired I would talk to the doctor and see what he thinks.

What time do you get up and if the question is simple like hey
go to bed at 9:30-10:00 then try that it just may be that your body is trying to tell you that you need more sleep another thing if you are a coffee drinker try not to drink any after 4:00 in the after noon
even though you feel like you are getting a good nights sleep the caffiene could be keeping your brain active and causing you to feel tired in the morning another thing a new pillow may help you get a better nights rest too. I hope this helps.

Iron poor blood, Take some vitamins and eat a good breakfast. Get a cup of coffee with that and jog around the house a few times. You will be a new person in no time. As for me I'm old and when I get up I take my vitamin, blood pressure pill, drink 2 cups of coffee and smoke about 1/2 pack of cigarettes and feel fine. Ready to face a new day.

One you might not be getting enough sleep. You may have a breathing broblem and wake up in the middle of the night and go back to seelp and when is time to get up you are still sleepy. May be start to sleep early instead of watching.( TV if you are watching)
At leaset you need to sleep 7-8 hours and more if you are a teenager. As you get older you need less of the sleep.

It sounds like when you do sleep you don't sleep good. They say to check your mattress, eat earlier, try exercise before bed, a hot bath, and so on. Try some of these and let us know. Take care, since sleep means alot to the body.
