Yes it does. Also, if you have alcohol with choc it gives you headaches.

Believe it or not, it is a myth that chocolate gives u spots, the coinsidnece is that some women eat more chocolate around thier periods, and therefore some women are prone to spots around that time..

this was the 1st thing i learnt at beauty therapy training, which made me especially happy, as i like my chocolate!! yay!!

No chocolate doesnt. Its a common thing that parents say though! spots are coursed by the sebum in your skin which gets stuck in your pores. It can also be because of infection but chocolate has nothing to do with it at all.

It all depends on your digestive system, skin tendency
and age. Teenagers, normally yes. Oily skin possibly
yes. But all depends on the amount of chocolate. Too
much is bad for anyone‘s liver. Enjoy a little at a time
and you will be able to continue eating chocolate.

It depends what kind of skin you've got and what kind of chocolate you're eating. Chocolate gives me spots if I eat a lot of it. Crisps do it more so for me though.

Yes, to much of chocolate does. A chemical in it does something to your hormones giving you spots but it also makes you happy this hormone.

I can tell you its OK to eat chocs cause they don't give u spots. Spot are caused by dirt getting traped in the pores in the skin so eat away

Not me....I am a self confessed chocaholic and have never had any spots - in case you are wondering I am not fat either, I am of slim build and tend to walk a lot so must burn off the extra calories.

Chocolate is OK as long as you have a balanced diet - I love my 5 a day veggies!

It depends. When you eat sugar, your blood sugar level spikes. In some people this can cause spots/acne. In some people, a sugar spike won't affect them. It depends what your body is sensitive to and whether your skin is prone to spots or not.

In me, one piece of choc is enough to cause a breakout, so I don't touch sugar at all!
