i wouldn't...it's already weaned from it's mother...feed a high quality puppy food like eukanuba or iams, etc...no cheap stuff.

why do you want to give a 12 week old pup milk? They are usually naturally weaned off milk by the mom well before this age? Once they are getting what they need from solid food, they don't normally look to Mom for milk other than habit and the Mom would be walking away from them and pushing them aside if they tried to nurse at 12 weeks in order to give them that message.

Dogs should not get cows milk; they cannot digest it properly and can get diarrhea and gas. If you feel you have to give milk, goat's milk (which is easier for dogs to digest and often used as a puppy formula for orphan pups) or commercial puppy formula are the ones to give. A properly weaned puppy at 8 weeks or older does not need milk, though.

You can, but it is not recommended. Puppies cannot digest cow's milk properly (hence the reason they aren't cows lol). It can cause vomiting, upset stomach, and diarrhea. If your pup is 12 weeks old, she is already weaned and needs to be eating a healthy puppy food. She does not need milk.

I wouldnt, they make milk just for dogs. i think that you would be better off giving him that. I do think that he is old enough for regular puppy food though.
