Its got to be Edward Teller. He's the only creep on the list who's inherent creepiness has permanently effected world politics, the global economy, military tactics, popular culture, social development, and the course of human history.
He is also the only creep on the list (that we know of at least) who's creepy invention has the potential of ending all life on this planet.
Now that's a first class creep.
