Well, some foods can sooth the stomache. But, you have to remember that if your brother is throwing up - he will most likely became dehydrated (losing water) which will make his fever worse and make him feel worse. You should try to get him to have some club soda, ginger ale, or Vernors. Also, have him eat chicken soup broth. Give him popsicles too. Soda crackers or saltines can help settle the stomache too.
I'm hoping your mother or dad knows about this and are taking care of him too. He may need to go to the doctor too. You didn't say what was wrong with him. Try to make him comfortable on the couch or bed with pillows and a blanket and keep a bucket or large bowl or pan near him. Put a cool wash cloth on his forehead too.

The main thing is to find out why this ten year old keeps throwing up ?? If this has been going on for a long time, Please take him to the emergency room or Doctors office. The longer he throws up, the greater chance of him becoming dehydrated. Hopefully, it is just the flu, but don't let this go on for too long. Please take good care of him and get him some help. Also purchase him some 7-UP. Something to settle his stomach. Good Luck. !!
