Two minutes for light...5 minutes for dark. However it is a matter of taste. Try Irish tea if you like English tea it is similar, but not quite as tart.

I like boiling my water ( microwave ) & then I add the tea bag and honey, cover the cup and let is sit for 1 or 2 minutes so it gets well infused.

Depends whether or not you live in a hard water area, 3-5 minutes in soft water areas and at least twice that in hard water areas according to your taste.
