There are no such things as ghosts for the Bible tells us that the dead cannot hear, see, or feel anything--"Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest." Ecclesiastes 9:10
"His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish." Psalm 146:4
Satan and his demons like to scare people. Sometimes they pretend to be people who have died. They may even imitate voices of those who have died. In this way the demons fool many into believing that dead people are alive and can talk with the living. Yes, the demons cause many people to believe in ghosts.
The Bible warns that Satan and his demons are intent on misleading mankind. They take advantage of mankind’s despair and hopelessness to offer attractive, but false, solutions. (2 Corinthians 11:14) Hence, the Bible warning: “In later periods of time some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired utterances and teachings of demons.”—1 Timothy 4:1.
Christians need to listen to what the Bible really teaches about the dead. If they do, then they will not believe in ghosts, but will realize just how powerful Satan is in his quest to deceive us.

The only people who don't believe in ghosts are of two types.
1.The ones who refuse to believe.
2.The ones who haven't seen one yet.
I have seen ghosts and experienced hauntings and have known people who have been through the same. Most were skeptics until they saw and accepted the fact that it's arrogant to think we have all the answers. Science comes from the reasoning of man and man is prone to error.
There are two types of hauntings active and residual. Most are residual whereas few are active whether someone is a skeptic, parapsychologist, medium, demonologist (people who chase ghosts but believe that all ghosts are actually demons) or just interested in the paranormal there are haunted places and one must approach them with an open mind.
Remember until the late 1800's no one believed the Mountain Gorilla existed until one was found. We don't know everything yet.

The Bible talks about spiritual warfare...but is not like you see in the typical scary movie. Frank Peretti has some great fictional books which do a great job explaining the spirit worlds. This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness. They are good books. I personally enjoy fiction and like the biblical truths in them!
They are a good read even if not interested specifically in the topic!

The more relevant question is. Is it better on the other side. I think there is a enough evidence for my self to know that something is going on below the surface. Ever heard of wormholes. The part I'm scared of, "I don't remember where I was before I was born so I can't be guaranteed I'll remember my life after I die."

If by "ghost" you mean "the spirit of a dead person" then yes. After our bodies die, our spirits still exist.

Yes. There's nothing supernatural about this, though - we don't yet have the science to verify the existence of energy in other dimensions which interconnect with our own. We're making progress, though.

I believe that SPIRITS exist.
But I guess that could be the same thing.
I don't know.
I don't think you could actually see spirits though.
Well, maybe ghosts do exist.

Despite a common misconception, yes, they do. They are merely astral bodies that are no longer connected to a living physical body.

I don't believe so. I believe there are spirits, which is Satan and his angels. The state of the dead is when someone dies, they are sleeping, and can only be woken when God comes again.
